Job Description

As Senior Manager, Cyber Incident Response, you will oversee teams of reviewers and ensure a quality and timely work product for our clients. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for generating and final signoff on the client deliverable that will be provided to both counsel and the client upon completion of the projects. Senior Review Managers interface directly with clients and represent KLDiscovery in the most professional manner possible. For this position, you must be a licensed attorney, who is both active and in good standing with a US State bar.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and mentor other Review Managers using your experience in Cyber Incident Response
  • Assist our recruiters in selecting appropriate candidates for projects
  • Monitor teams' progress, ensure timely client-facing reporting and quality work product from start to finish
  • Develop client deliverables, working with clients to obtain final signoff upon completion of projects
  • Validate payroll and time logging as needed
  • Manage the overall team logistics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing Cyber review teams, interacting with and creating client deliverables; demonstrated working knowledge of Cyber Incident Response is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
  • Relativity experience and knowledge required
  • Self-starter, detailed oriented, resourceful, and driven
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) to include client facing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and able to work well with a team
  • Licensed attorney (active in good standing within at least one US jurisdiction)
