Role Summary:

The role reports to the Total Rewards Manager and will be key in supporting the HR department by administering the various total rewards programs for the organization.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:

  • Responsible for job evaluations and market pricing analyses to drive pay decisions for new hires, promotions and transfers that are externally competitive, internally equitable, and legally compliant
  • Collects and analyzes compensation data to complete annual salary surveys accurately and timely
  • Supports all compensation and salary administration programs, including the annual merit process and the Company's short- and long-term incentive plans including record keeping, reporting and communication
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve objectives related to ad-hoc compensation projects, including modeling, project planning, communication, and training.
  • Supports the day-to-day administration of the Company's employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental and vision plans, life insurance and disability plans, 401(k) weekly payroll funding and reconciliation, non-qualified, pension plans, and retiree benefit plans
  • Partners with cross-functional departments such as HRIS, Payroll and Employee Relations Team to improve total rewards processes and to increase data integrity across the organization
  • Partners with Accounts Payable to process invoices and monthly fees

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or other related discipline OR equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • 3+ years of compensation experience, benefit experience is a plus
  • Must have experience managing and manipulating large data sets
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience with UltiPro or other HR/Payroll software required
  • Up to 10% travel

Certificates & Licenses:

  • PHR or SPHR a plus

  • Able to handle both routine tasks and be an agile contributor and learner, taking on new responsibilities
