About your Role:
As an IT Application Administrator supports and assists with maintaining enterprise software environments by providing maintenance, security and account management services, troubleshooting reported issues, and overall administration. In addition to responsibility of the existing IT enterprise software environments, the position will assist with developing new system due diligence and discovery. The position will use Service Desk and Project Management applications to work within a collaborative team environment and manage issues and tasks at all levels. Interface and interaction with vendor support teams and systems to escalate and resolve issues is a requirement. Daily work will consist of meeting SLA agreements on all supported enterprise software ticket requests submitted by the business.
