General Responsibilities | The Health, Science, and Technology Division seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and student-centered full-time faculty member to join the Business Department to teach in the field of business. The successful candidate will teach foundational businesses courses including Introduction to Business, Business Communications, Business Ethics, Business Analysis for Decision Making, Principles of International Business, Principles of Management, and Project Management and serve as the coordinator for Business, Ethics, and Management courses. The candidate may also teach courses in entrepreneurship including Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship & Creativity, Small Business Management, Business Plan Design & Delivery, Principles of Marketing, and Fundamentals of Selling. The candidate should have a passion for teaching; a solutions-oriented, growth mindset; and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Applicants must be willing to teach day or evening courses face-to-face, hybrid, and online. The teaching load is 15 credits per semester. Release time is available for course coordination. In addition, faculty are expected to maintain at least five (5) office hours per week while class is in session and accept other responsibilities as described below. |
