We are hiring for technicians for full time opportunities on all 3 shifts at our Rock Cut and Loves Park Campuses in Loves Park, IL starting mid-January, 2023. These individuals will be responsible for the production and assembly and test of component parts for fuel systems in the aerospace industry.

What you will be doing

  • Setting up and operating machines including but not limited to CNC machines and grinders
  • Completing assembly and test functions on valves, pumps and/or specialty parts
  • Testing, calibrating and validating samples
  • Documenting processes, following work instructions and verifying parts are meeting specifications
  • Performing heat treat, plating and/or brazing operations on materials

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in machining, assembly or other manufacturing/production industry is preferred but not required.

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or possess all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
